1. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of each reservation made with the Supplier by each Customer.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Albona d.o.o. website and reservation system are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Tax Validation of Invoices Act (ZdavPR) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The website https://www.bb-bled.si/ and its online reservation system are managed by Albona d.o.o., which is also the provider of the BB Bled apartments (hereafter BB Bled apartments).

The General Terms and Conditions of Business govern the operation of the website and the online reservation system (hereinafter collectively referred to as the BB Bled Apartments website) of Albona d.o.o., the rights and obligations of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The Buyer is bound by the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of booking. The user is individually reminded of the General Terms and Conditions each time he places an order and by placing an order he confirms that he is aware of them.

By using the Website, the User acknowledges that he/she understands, accepts and agrees to all the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy published on the Website.

These General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, may be amended or supplemented at any time without notice or warning. By using the website after a change to this policy, the user confirms that he/she accepts the changes.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The use of the BB Bled Apartments website is subject to these Terms of Use, including the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia in this area.

By using the website, each user:

• expressly agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Use;

• undertakes to use the website in a lawful manner;

• undertakes not to use the Service for the purpose of publishing or promoting any content and/or advertisement that is contrary to applicable law and public policy and morality;

• is responsible for knowing and complying with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia relating to the use of the BB Bled Apartments Website;

• will not distribute copyrighted content or content owned by another legal or natural person;

• will not attempt to obtain, collect and/or store personal data of other users;

• will not copy, store or transmit in any way all or part of the content of the BB Bled Apartments Websites, use computer code, malicious programs or anything that could interfere with, disable or damage this Service, the Service Provider or its software and hardware.

3. ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION

Albona d.o.o., Na Straški vrh 15 A, 1000 Ljubljana undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer at all times:

• the identity of the company (name and registered office, registration and tax number);

• contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone);

• the essential characteristics of the type of accommodation;

• availability of additional services,

• the conditions for taking delivery of additional services or products (method, place and date of delivery).

The BB Bled apartments, or accommodation facilities, are open all year round, and this varies depending on the type of accommodation:

Reception opening hours are divided into high and low season, as follows:

• During the high season, which lasts 6, 7 and 8 months (June, July and August), the Kampa reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00.

• During the low season, which lasts from 3, 4, 5, and 9, 10 and 11 months (March, April, May, September, October and November), the reception is open from 15:00 to 17:00, or as needed, or when guests arrive.

Apartments BB Bled reserves the right to change the opening hours of the reception. If the reception opening times change, this will be published on the website and/or at the reception.

You can only enter the BB Bled Apartments (hereafter BB Bled) until 17:00 with a prior reservation. Please make your reservation on the BB Bled website or other active online providers. If you do not have a confirmed reservation, you can only secure your place in BB Bled after 17:00 if the apartments are available on that day.

Booking on the website is free of charge. The price does not include the tourist tax, which is set by a decree of the Municipality of Bled and currently amounts to EUR 3.13 per person for adults and EUR 1.57 per person for children aged 7-14 years, per day of stay in the apartments.

BB Bled reserves the right to set a minimum number of nights for each stay at its discretion. In the event that a minimum number of nights is set, you can only book your stay if the number of nights is higher than the minimum number of nights.

Reservations for apartments are free of charge and cancellations are subject to availability as published on the website.

If you cancel your reservation, you must do so as soon as possible, no later than 5 days before arrival at BB Bled. Cancellation is made within the online booking system, either by viewing your booking or by clicking on the “Cancel” button within the email you received when you made your original booking and when BB Bled confirmed your booking.Cancellation is free of charge if you cancel your booking 5 days before arrival. Guests can cancel their reservation up to 5 days prior to arrival free of charge. If cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival, the total price will be charged 100 %. If the guest does not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Other changes to the reservation (number of guests, pet, booking periods) can be made within the online booking system.

6. PAYMENT

Payment for the nights and any additional charges described below is made at check-in at reception, BB Bled allows payment by credit card, through the reservation system or in cash.

Agreement on credit cards and default recovery

The Client accepts all the terms of the Rental Agreement and accepts all obligations for rent and costs related to the rental of the apartment and any damages beyond normal wear and tear during the duration of the rental period. The Customer agrees that these charges will be billed to the credit card. In the absence of any other means of payment, the Client authorises the BB Bled Accommodation Manager to charge the Client's credit card for payment of all the items listed. The Accommodation Manager may obtain any funds or credit cards from me from other agents (AirBnB, Booking.com, Expedia ...).

Damage caused

BB Bled has the right to charge the guest, the user of the accommodation and equipment for any damage caused by the guest, intentionally or unintentionally, to the facility or equipment, indoors or outdoors. In the event of non-payment of the damages caused, the owner of the facility reserves the right to forward any information from the guest to the competent authority or the police for the recovery of damages.

7. PETS

BB Bled does allow pets, but they must be applied to the accommodation listed. In any case, all pets must be registered on the website, if it is not possible to register them via the booking app, you must inform the receptionist about the pets when checking in. There is a charge of EUR 15 per pet per day including VAT.

PSI

All dogs must be kept on a lead. Dog owners must pick up dog faeces with a prepared bag and dispose of them in the appropriate containers at BB Bled. Dogs are not allowed to sleep or rest on the bed or seating in the living room.

8. ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Baby cot EUR 15 per day incl. VAT.

Electric bike rental EUR 40 including VAT per day.

9. WI-FI CONNECTION

The Wi-Fi connection available in both BB Bled apartment houses is free of charge for guests of the BB Bled facilities.

10. LITTER

In the BB Bled resort, it is compulsory to separate rubbish in specially designated containers, which are located along the access road to the building.

11. APPLICATIONS

If there are any problems in the apartment, guests must inform BB BLED or the property manager immediately and allow the owner or property manager to rectify the problem within a reasonable time. If the guest fails to do so, he/she will not be entitled to change the duration of the stay.

Access and right of entry

We reserve the right to enter the apartment at reasonable times and for legitimate reasons.

12. NIGHT PEACE

BB Bled apartments must be quiet and peaceful from 22:00 until 06:00.

13. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

BB Bled accepts no liability for theft, accidents or other damage to persons or objects. BB Bled accepts no liability for damage caused by storm, fire or other acts of God.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and for any items damaged or missing when they leave the apartment.

14. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of personal data is governed by the Privacy and Cookie Policy published on the BB Bled website.

BB Bled may store personal data for the purposes of receiving and processing a booking order, enquiry or question, preparing an offer or reply and establishing contact or communication in accordance with the booked reservation, where BB Bled may use different means of communication (e.g. telephone, regular and email). The personal data obtained is collected and processed by BB Bled in its personal data base in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), and solely for the purposes of the real estate business.

15. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS

Guests are responsible for knowing, respecting and complying with the laws and regulations of the destination.

The General Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the date of publication, i.e. 01.05.2025.
